A trial visit allows your dog to become familiar with the environment, our team and their daily routine. It also gives us the opportunity to get to know your dog and ensure we can provide the best possible care during future stays.

Seeing the environment for yourself and meeting the team often provides reassurance and helps you decide whether we are the right fit for your dog.

To protect all dogs in our care, we require dogs to be up to date with their core vaccinations. We require DHPP and and strongly recommend Bordetella (Kennel Cough) vaccination.
If you are unsure whether your dog’s vaccinations are current, our team will be happy to advise before booking.

We encourage owners to bring their dog’s usual food wherever possible, as maintaining a familiar diet helps reduce the risk of digestive upset during boarding.
Any medications should be supplied in their original packaging with clear dosage instructions. Please also let us know about any special dietary requirements, allergies or medical conditions before your dog’s stay.

Our prices vary depending on the service required, length of stay and time of year.
